No doubt that the Department for Work and Pensions led by the odious Iain Duncan-Smith will move swiftly to challenge this ruling or change the rules and the law,to plug this hole in their obnoxious plans.
The DWP said it would appeal against the ruling, and stated it did not intend to halt the assessment process.
