Iain Duncan Smith, failed Conservative party leader, failed shadow defence secretary, central character in "Betsygate" and arch enemy of working people, (to mention just a few points from his rather checkered past), considers that it is fair to attack the sick, the disabled and young in the name of welfare reforms.
