Diversions, Delays and a 1992 Ballad.

http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2014/aug/18/chief-constable-handling-cliff-richard-investigation-police-bbc-search Cliff Richard fans bid to get 'I Still Believe In You' to number one    Fans are campaigning to get his 1992 ballad “I Still Believe In You” to number one.    The Cliff Richard "incident" is fast descending into the world of farce. As more big names from all walks of celebrity life, show business, politics, media and even television lead the clamour of protest from the "man in the street" about how the raid on one of the homes of Cliff Richard was carried out, it seems that the investigation is turning into allegations of police heavy handedness, BBC conspiracy and contrived complaints. It is debatable whether the same degree of protectionism would have been evident had it been  "Joe Soap", of Peabody Buildings, East Cheap (with apologies to any person of that name or address, as no connection is intended or implied) ...

Allegations demand to be investigated.

http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/comment/the-way-the-police-have-treated-cliff-richard-is-completely-unacceptable-9672367.html   Police investigating an allegation against Sir Cliff Richard    Cliff Richard   The allegations and rumours concerning Cliff Richard have been circulating for many years. We now see the start of the diversionary campaign from the "Save Cliff Richard from investigation" society determined it seems to nullify any investigation even before it may (or may not) start. If allegations are made, particularly in the light of the cover ups and conspiracies on other present cases, such allegations demand to be thoroughly investigated. The fact that police arrived at one of Richard's homes unannounced is actually neither here nor there. However, the author of the article, Geoffrey Robertson, resorts to emotive and unreasonable rhetoric with phrases such as "orchestrating massive publicity for the raid on his house" and "an...

Jersey media bias aids the "establishment".

http://www.channelonline.tv/channelonline_jerseynews/DisplayArticle.asp?ID=508078 Syvret claims he's being "victimised" says channelonline.tv.   Former Senator Stuart Syvret   Typically, this "News Channel", being part of the Jersey establishment, posts only 14 seconds of the video which is in fact, 4 minutes and 42 seconds long. Moreover, channelonline.tv has no section for "comments" with this item, demonstrating once again, that when it comes to the persecution of Stuart Syvret, the Jersey "establishment" and the methods employed to conceal the truth about the corruption, child abuse, or the abuse of office by the judiciary, police and others, will resort to any means to quash  challenges to their activities. It is only through the efforts of people like Syvret, Rico Sorda and others, blogs like "voice for children" and others, together with the use of "twitter" by numerous individuals not only in Jersey ...

The prime target of the Jersey "establishment"

http://www.channelonline.tv/channelonline_jerseynews/DisplayArticle.asp?ID=507994  A warrant has been issued for the arrest of former Senator Stuart Syvret. Former Senator Stuart Syvret   The persecution of Stuart Syvret continues. It is indeed unfortunate (and sinister), that the Jersey "authorities" were and are, not as rigorous in their pursuit and prosecution of the criminals and pedophiles involved in the child sex abuse scandal at Haute de la Garenne and at other locations in Jersey. A warrant is issued for Syvret's arrest and imprisonment, whilst at the same time, those members of Jersey "society" and those in "official" positions, are still walking the streets of St Helier, and remain totally immune from prosecution and still protected by the Jersey establishment". It is not co incidental that one of the people instrumental in exposing the historic child abuse scandal has been removed from public office, imprisoned, vili...

Jersey: A culture of secrecy, intrigue.conspiracy lies.

http://www.thisisjersey.com/news/2013/09/07/stuart-syvret-defies-royal-court/  FORMER Senator Stuart Syvret risks being jailed for contempt of court Sinister developments are evolving in Jersey. There has long been a culture of secrecy, intrigue and conspiracy on the island of Jersey, particularly in the investigations and subsequent coverup of Historic child abuse, not only at Haute de la Garrene, but at numerous other locations around Jersey's 45 square miles. Questions have been asked in Parliament, investigations have been carried out by mainland police, a few minor players in the scandal have been brought to trial and sentence. and "The States", (the islands Parliament) has made a few half hearted attempts to appear concerned by initiating "inquiries". There has also been the insidious campaign of character assassination and smear against people such as Lenny Harper, Graham Power, both being police officers who investigated the scandal a...

Jersey abuse enquiry. Prevarication, delay and now reporting restrictions

Concerns about delayed historic child abuse inquiry.   A Jersey politician is raising concern in the States next week about the delayed Inquiry into historic child abuse. Deputy Trevor Pitman wants to know when abuse victims can expect the investigation to start. It's been postponed after the newly appointed chairman Sally Bradley QC had to withdraw due to ill-health. Deputy Pitman will be asking the Chief Minister what progress has been made in finding a replacement. (channelonline.tv   Latest Headlines 8th September 2013 ) Haute de la Garenne   There is a story noted on the front page of "channelonline.tv"  It is not possible to link in with any details, or to find any other reference to the story on either this channel or on the BBC local channel or even in the Jersey Evening Post. No matter how much the "establishment" in Jersey may wish to keep many odious details of this obscene scandal secret and no mat...

The cloak of the cover up in Jersey.

http://www.vice.com/read/the-journalist-who-was-banned-from-investigating-jerseys-child-abuse#.UVqVbrfxIR4.twitter The Journalist Who Was Arrested for Investigating a Pedophile Orphanage     Another article that the Jersey establishment will not like. Particularly those in the Jersey establishment who are guilty of the abuse and are now part of the ongoing conspiracy to cover it up.

Jersey politicians vote in favour of an abuse inquiry

A Committee of Inquiry in to historical child abuse in Jersey will go ahead.   Members voted in favour of an inquiry   After far too much prevarication and avoidance, the States finally take the right decision and agree an inquiry. It is not the final solution, but at least it is a step towards uncovering the real facts behind the vile scandal which has been a stain on Jersey for some years. There are those who argue that such an inquiry is a waste of money, or that wrong doing took place in many places in the 60s 70s and 80s, and that the enquiry will no doubt prove it so "why waste money just the final report to "state the bleeding obvious".   Haut de la Garenne The critics miss, perhaps intentionally, the whole point. It is not just a question of confirming that abuse did in fact take place. The victims have already established that. The questions that demand answers are of course numerous, but above all others it is essential that th...
