The fear of "kettling" by police and other security forces. The fear of government retaliation by the use of sanctions from the DWP and other government departments. The fear of having to feed your families by reliance on Foodbanks and other charities. When these manufactured figures are revised downwards (as they invariably are), there will not be much mention of the "triple dip recession", but by then the propaganda will have done its work and people will be content and relieved.
