No matter how many times expansion plans are rejected, some organisation or other interested body comes up with yet another scheme involving an additional runway wrapped up in some grandiose plan. The objections are well documented, and yet there seems to be no end to the "expansionists" determination to make Heathrow even bigger. It seems to be a case of "no matter how many times you reject our expansion plans, we will keep on submitting applications until you give in and agree". Complete lunacy.
