Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed died in Paris in 1997. New information?

http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2013/aug/17/princess-diana-death-police-information?guni=Keyword:news-grid%20main-1%20Main%20trailblock:Editable%20trailblock%20-%20news:Position2   Scotland Yard studying new information Sooner or later, we will uncover the truth and who was responsible. Forget blaming Henri Paul. If he was as drunk and drugged up as "the establishment" would have you believe, he would not have been able to walk without aid, let alone drive a car. Moreover, if Dodi Fayed or his body guards, or Diana and her body guards had seen a drunk getting behind the wheel of the car, are we expected to accept that they would have shrugged their shoulders and got in themselves? The truth will emerge one day no matter how many cover ups, inquests, enquiries, reports or any other investigations they may try to fob us off with.

West Yorkshire Police find no evidence that its officers shielded Savile from arrest or prosecution.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2013/may/10/jimmy-savile-police-apologise-blunders West Yorkshire Police said it made mistakes that left Savile free to attack dozens of young people, including a five-year-old, in his home city of Leeds, but denied its officers had shielded the DJ from arrest.   Ingrid Lee, West Yorkshire assistant chief constable. The times of unquestioning acceptance of the "official" version of reports or findings, simply because they have been produced by the "authorities" are long gone. Some of the already published findings associated with Savile, have not shed any light on the subject and have only succeeded in creating more speculation and incredulity. It is often the case that  "conspiracy theorists" are dismissed as misguided individuals. However, when inquiries or reports fail to fully explain the circumstances and in fact only manage to raise more new questions, there is clearly something wrong. The Jimmy Savi...

Savile:"no evidence he was protected from arrest".

http://news.sky.com/story/1089112/no-evidence-savile-protected-from-arrest A report into the contact between West Yorkshire Police officers and Jimmy Savile has concluded there was "no evidence he was protected from arrest". The report, released on Friday, revealed Savile has been accused of 76 crimes in the West Yorkshire area involving 68 victims. Jimmy Savile invited officers to a "Friday Morning Club" at his Leeds flat    Of course there is no evidence. It has all been shredded, burned, "lost" or otherwise disposed of. As they say, "The balance of probability is that Savile was protected from prosecution by a web of conspirators, in conjunction with the victims of his knowledge of their own involvement".

The cover up is extensive.

http://themadlands.wordpress.com/2013/03/27/what-jimmy-savile-really-did/ "If you are not following the revelations about Jimmy Savile closely and believe that he was a loaner who touched-up a few young groupies, then you have been deceived. Jimmy Savile’s actions go far beyond what you can even begin to believe: until you look at the evidence" . March 27 2013 the madlands   Savile at Haut De La Garenne. He visited it on many occasions This article raises some disturbing issues. The reasons for a thorough investigation become more numerous and are compelling.

Four years on.Jersey's 'secrecy culture' and Graham power.

http://voiceforchildren.blogspot.co.uk/2012/11/unhappy-anniversary-4.html Former States police chief Graham Power  On the 4th anniversary of the suspension of Graham Power, VFC has published a statement from Graham regarding his suspension from duty and subsequent "dismissal by stealth" from his position as Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police.  VFC also reproduces  an extract from the former Police Chief's sworn AFFIDAVIT, both of which make chilling reading.

The destruction of the Jillings report is sidelined by another BBC diversion.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/george-entwistle-handed-450000-pay-off-1431456   George Entwistle handed £450,000 pay-off for just 54 days work as BBC Director-General BBC's  director general George Entwistle Another facet of the media concentration on the BBC and its' troubles. An important story, yes, but it is not the real issue. It is remarkable that the story, revealed yesterday, on how the Jillings report that laid bare the North Wales child abuse scandal was ordered to be pulped and vast amounts of incriminating evidence was destroyed, has received little, if any, wider media coverage.

There must be an independent inquiry. It must be public and transparent

http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/354945/Sex-abuse-is-guilty-secret This scandal is not only about Savile. Labour MP Tom Watson raised the issue of a paedophile ring in Parliament   "I have compiled a list of 132 utterly shameless establishment child abusers. These include MPs, lords and local Councillors. A similar list for members of Her Majesty’s Constabulary exists."   Sonia Poulton   These people must be exposed. We have already delayed for far too long and now we are in danger of wandering off down the cul de sac of the BBC navel gazing diversion. The real issues are the abuse and the on going cover up.

North Wales child abuse scandal was suppressed

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/the-jillings-report-how-the-truth-about-north-wales-child-abuse-scxandal-was-suppressed-8303903.html   The Jillings report: How the truth about North Wales child abuse scandal was suppressed   The former Bryn Estyn children's home in North Wales   A damning report that laid bare the North Wales child abuse scandal might have aired the issue of sex attacks on children in care nearly half a decade before an official judicial inquiry in 2000. Instead copies of the report were ordered to be destroyed because the council that commissioned it feared it might be sued,  This story is incredible. In my opinion, at least as newsworthy as the George Entwistle resignation, or the failures of Newsnight, or the scandal at the BBC, and yet, this article, revealing how Council insurers demanded that the first full investigation into the care home scandal was pulped, and how the Jillings Report was suppre...

The extent of the "historic" abuse demands the rescources to investigate.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2012/nov/09/north-wales-child-abuse-inquiry Concern as head of new National Crime Agency diverts resources from live investigations to inquiry into historical abuse The former Bryn Estyn children's home in Wrexham, Wales,  It is the extent of the "historic" abuse and the scale of the cover up by the establishment and the investigating authorities at the time which demands a complete investigation now. Sweeping history under the carpet by arguing that historic abuse has stopped and therefore is not worthy of investigation is a vile and reprehensible response to the current requirements for investigation.  Notwithstanding the public utterances of  some "senior police officers and experts"  the motives of those individuals who question the continuation of investigations into historic abuse, should be closely scrutinised.

The BBC must not take centre stage.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/bbc-and-victim-apologise-to-lord-mcalpine-after-admitting-abuse-claims-were-a-case-of-mistaken-identity-8301293.html BBC's Newsnight must not become the dominating issue. Mr. Steve Messham Before everyone rushes off down another cul de sac of disinformation, just stop and think for a moment about yet another smokescreen, produced by what ever forces are so determined to conceal the extent of and subsequent cover up of, child abuse in this country. Quite rightly, it seems, Lord McAlpine has received an apology for being identified on the internet, following a BBC Newsnight feature concerning allegations in respect of a North Wales care home. A victim of the abuse, Mr. Steve Messham, now admits that he “ misidentified” the Tory peer as taking part in abuse. The result of this has been immediate outrage directed against the BBC and Newsnight in particular, the cancellation of all current Newsnight investigations, the orde...

"Too sensitive to be made public"

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/paedophile-inquiry-whitewash-judge-said-1424184 Paedophile inquiry 'whitewash': Judge said Tory child sex abuse claims were “best forgotten”, claims former government lawyer Scandal that engulfed North Wales children's homes  Another twist in the inquiry into the North Wales children’s homes scandal. Accusations were “too sensitive” to be made public and “best forgotten”.

The scandal of child abuse continues to spread.

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/11/07/tory-child-sex-abuse-claim-north-wales_n_2088573.html  Tory Child Sex Abuse Claim: North Wales Inquiry John Jillings 'Cannot Remember' Allegations The North Wales care home at the centre of the allegations "The government this week launched two new inquiries following claims by one of victims, Steve Messham, that he was was regularly taken to a hotel in Wrexham where he was sold for sexual abuse - including to a senior Conservative from the Thatcher era. However Mr Jillings - whose report was never published on the insistence of the council's insurers - said he had no memory of hearing any such allegations from Mr Messham."  Huffington Post   How many more cases of "selective amnesia" will suddenly come about during the course of these and other inquiries into the whole matter of child abuse in this country? It is all too often the case that witnesses giving evidence have fa...

New terms for child abuse inquiry

http://thejerseyway.blogspot.co.uk/2012/11/question-without-answers-061112.html   Jersey politicians will be asked to agree to the terms of an independent investigation into historical child abuse in the island. The Council of Ministers has published its terms for the committee of inquiry. States of Jersey Building Even a new inquiry has its terms of reference drafted to ensure that there are still elements of the scandal which could  remain concealed. There is something very rotten in the States of Jersey which demands outside investigation and exposure. The Jersey establishment have for far too long enjoyed immunity from accountability for its nefarious activities  in many areas of Jersey life,  not only in the historic child abuse obscenity. The net is closing on those individuals from the past and in the present either involved in the excesses or instrumental in the cover up. The prevarications and not very well hidden attempts to e...
