Some sort of ritual defrocking? Excommunication perhaps ? Maybe even 100 "Hail Mary's". The church hierarchy are, it seems, not subject to the same criminal law as the rest of us are. The "establishment" of the catholic Church is the best "closed shop" that this world has ever seen or is likely to see.

Mr Bergoglio received the gift when being visited by the Queen and her husband the Duke of Edinburgh. The hamper contained produce from the "Royal Estates" and included honey from Buckingham Palace gardens, whiskey from Balmoral and jams and chutney from Sandringham, one dozen eggs, assorted preserves...
