He keeps morphing into a "Micheal Green" character, passing himself off to others as something he is not. Nothing unusual there then you may say.  A period of time spent in a quiet place in the country, with daily "chats" with a suitably qualified health professional would do Mr Shapps or Mr Green or who ever else he may be that day, would be good for each of them.
