The Liberal Democrats sniffing around because they can scent a slight possibility of getting their cars, perks, increased salaries and a seat at the table again. History tells us that this bunch of hypocrites are interested only in the illusion of" power" granted to them when the got into bed with the Tories to prostitute their principles for "position".
Cable and his chums will say and do anything to regain the lost kudos of office. There may well be some in the PLP who would feel more at home with Cable and his cronies, but would they actually have the nerve to publically admit it? Incidentally, where is Farron and what does he say about his colleague's suggestion?
