MP's, calling Amazon and its (rather scruffy) vice president devious and calculated and saying that Amazon do do evil, sounds all very clever and "threatening" (about as threatening as being savaged by a dead sheep as someone once said).

The way to stop these parasites like Amazon avoiding tax (tax evasion is illegal), is to change the law and prevent smart arse accountants finding very large holes in the already complex tax legislation, which successive governments have made even more complicated over the years in their constant drives to "simplify the tax system".
