A complete shambles of a civil war, and Britain, the United States and France must share responsibility for being among the main contributors to this carnage. The "western powers" should have heeded the advice and kept out. This civil war looks more and more like a bloody stalemate and the Western "allies" are perpetuating the bloodshed. Suspension of supplies of "non lethal aid" is nothing more than a gesture for public consumption. The fact remains that American, French and British "special advisers" are actively involved with the opposition forces and from the available evidence they are losing as the "opposition" splinters and becomes even more fragmented.
