Historical abuse inquiry starting date announced

At last a starting date for the long delayed "Independent Jersey Care Inquiry" is set to begin on 3 April.

It remains to be seen whether, over the next three weeks, any more "points" will be found which will "have to be clarified", before the inquiry can actually begin.
