DUP broke off talks with Tories for 36 hours and demand £2billion for Northern Ireland
As the "negotiations" were only broken off by the DUP for a period of 36 hours, we nust assume that the conservative "negotiators" caved in to this blackmail and agreed to pay the £2 billion for infrastructure and NHS projects in Northern Ireland.
While Scotland, Wales and England stuggle with the effects of austerity, cuts and reductions in government exenditure, the Conservative government can pay £2 Billion to meet the demands of the DUP in a squalid backroom deal purely to maintain their position of "power" and to keep a wretched Prime Minister clinging on to her office.
This is a sordid exercise in hanging on to power at the expense of the country as a whole. It is a scandal and a disgrace. This dispicable government should resign and be investigated for their duplicity in this conspiracy.
