All Members of Parliament, must stand together to resist the attempted coup led by Johnson and Cummings. The threats issued against members of his own party, demonstrates that the dictator Johnson, with the sinister and nefarious Dominic Cummings lurking in the shadows, indicate that this pair of duplicitous conspirators are rattled by the level of opposition and public reaction to their plot to overthrow the privilege of the elected members of the Commons, and replace it with the autocratic rule of a central cabal within the Executive.
Last night, the Commons took the first step towards ensuring that Parliament is sovereign, taking control of the order paper by winning an emergency Brexit debate provoking anger and arrogance from the government benches where Jacob Rees-Mogg demonstrated contempt for both Parliament and the public with his presumptuous speech, his antipathy towards other members and his patronising attitude. When the government was defeated by 328 votes to 301, the reaction from some members on the government benches was outrageous with cat call, howls and derision. Michael Gove in particular, was vehement with his furious gesticulations, shouting and hysterical tirades aimed at the opposition benches.
The anger of Bozo Boris and his sycophant followers was plain to see and not doubt Dominic Cummings lurking somewhere close by to witness the government collapse, joined the furious tirade at MP's who dared to oppose the will of the "wannabe" dictator. The fall out from this rout came almost immediately, with Johnson throwing out twenty one conservative MP's from the party whip, and banning them from standing at the next election as Conservative candidates. With echo's of noses and faces, Johnson at a stroke, reduced the government's majority from minus one, (MP Phillip Lee crossed the floor to the Lib Dems during the afternoon) to minus twenty two.
This afternoon, the opposition together with the former Tory MP's who now have no party, must hold firm and complete the defeat of this most dangerous government led by Bozo Boris and Dominic Cummings, by ensuring that the law is passed to remove any question of a "no deal" Brexit and delay the cut off point until 31st of January. Only by passing the necessary law can the British people be saved from the excesses of this government and the prospects of a catastrophic no deal exit from the EU.
The cabal of the government may well seek to call an early election. We must not be drawn into this web of deceit and intrigue spun by Johnson and Cummings. A "no deal" scenario must be completely eradicated prior to any question of a general election. Johnson is a liar and cannot be trusted on any matter. He has proved himself in the past to be totally unscrupulous and cunning. This mountebank calling himself Prime Minister must be exposed for what he is and must be prevented from causing even more damage to this country than he has already done.
The House of Commons must stand firm in the face of tyranny.
Humiliation for Johnson.
