The privatisation of water (and the other public companies) was justified to the public with the lie that "Privatisation improves services and drives down costs". It should come as no surprise to anyone that these parasites are in fact, ripping off their customers, paying themselves and their shareholders huge bonuses based on making massive profits each year, and paying no or very little tax to the revenue. Privatisation was the biggest lie that many people of this country actually believed. Now, we are all paying the price.
